Yes — Summit Clinical Group is currently accepting new clients in Florida for online individual and couples therapy. We also offer value-based life coaching, which is available to our out-of-state clients, so if you're outside Florida and interested in coaching rather than clinical therapy, fill out the contact form above and we'll follow up. We're actively working toward expanding clinical therapy services to additional states.

Summit Clinical Group offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and premarital counseling for adults throughout Florida, delivered entirely by telehealth. Many clients come to us stuck in the same relationship patterns, managing anxiety no one else sees, or struggling to communicate without shutting down or over-explaining. Using attachment theory, CBT, and the Gottman Method, we work through the attachment patterns behind those cycles, build real emotional regulation instead of just coping, and help you move through major life transitions with more resilience and less repeating the past.

Yes, this is one of the most common reasons clients come to Summit Clinical Group. Somewhere in the breakup, the betrayal, or the years of putting everyone else first, you lost track of who you actually are outside of it; what you want, what you'll tolerate, what actually matters to you. Individual therapy addresses the attachment patterns behind that loss, not just the event that triggered it, building real emotional regulation and self-awareness instead of just coping. Using attachment theory and CBT, Sierra Magurczek, LCSW, helps you reconnect with who you are and move through this life transition with more resilience, clarity, and self-respect than you had going in. If you're outside Florida, our value-based life coaching offers a non-clinical path toward that same kind of clarity and rebuilding, so location doesn't have to be what holds you back from starting.

Getting started is simple: schedule a free consultation through our online booking form above, and Sierra Magurczek, LCSW, will walk you through the intake process and answer any questions before your first session.

Most couples therapy jumps straight to joint sessions and manages what happens in the room, without ever untangling what each partner brought into it. Summit Clinical Group starts differently: before couples work begins, each partner does individual sessions first, so the patterns you keep repeating, the same fight, the same shutdown, the same feeling of not being heard, get understood at the root, not just managed in the moment. Sierra Magurczek, LCSW, blends attachment theory, CBT, and the Gottman Method to work on the attachment patterns driving the cycle, not just the symptoms sitting on top of it.

Therapy with Summit Clinical Group is direct, honest, and rooted in accountability, not performative positivity. Our job is to work together toward what actually resolves things for you. Clients often describe the work as different from their prior therapy experiences, a place where they've felt truly understood rather than just heard. We create a space where you'll be challenged, but you'll be looking forward to it.
